DESCRIPTION
Type 00 Soft Wheat Flour obtained from cleaning, grinding and sifting of mixtures of common wheat NO_OGM National and North-European eith medium / low protein value and with a balanced absorption index. Without additives or added gluten.


USE
Pizza flour, ideal for direct leavening dough, from 4 to 6 hours, with a water absorption of 50-55%. Suggested leavening: 4-8 hours (8-24 hours in the fridge).
