Sugar Gr. 100-150
Procedure
Knead ingredients for 10 minutes (spiral kneader). Let stand for 20 minutes. Divide and produce the desired shapes. Let leaven for 60 minutes at 35° C with 85% humidity. Bake at 200°C with steam.
