Yeast	Gr.	400
Salt	Gr.	180

Procedure

Knead of 20/25 minutes. Do not let the dough stand, form small loaves and place them on a grooved baking tin. Let leaven for 40/50 minutes. Bake at approximately 220 °C with humidity.
