ProcedureKnead all ingredients for 3 minutes at 1st speed and 10 minutes at 2nd speed. Let stand for 10/15 minutes. Cut into pieces of about 100 gr., round them and flatten the pieces. Let leaven for 45 minutes. Bake with steam at 230°C for 10/15 minutes.
