The Milling Company of Pordenone was founded back in 1923. Today it is an avant-garde mill, completely re-engineered in 1995 and with all of the most advanced technology in the field of mill processing, for high quality production. The Milling Company of Pordenone annually processes 76,500,000 kg of common wheat (300 tons/day), thus obtaining 40,000,000 kg of special flour for bread, the sweets industry, baking and pizza making. A special system produces semi-processed products for making special types of bread.

The quality of the final product is scrupulously and completely controlled in a modern analysis laboratory and tested in an experimental oven. In this way we ensure constant quality in our products, regardless of the origin of the grain or the trend of the harvest year. In this manner we produce high level flour at a constant standard of quality.
